Hi, my name is Nieves and I'm a senior at SDSU majoring in Multimedia. I'm planning to graduate this Spring of 2024 with a couple of my childhood friends. Post graduation is a little foggy but I hope I have some fun while I'm searching for a stable job.
I will be graduating from SDSU in Spring 2024, I plan to receive my Bachelors in Multimedia.
Currently, I dont have a clear path after graduation. I hope to keep my part-time job and search for options that fall under my major.
Over the course of the two years I've spent at SDSU after transferring, I found ceramics to be one of my favorite classes. I've been having fun being hands on with the clay and creating various vessels and sculptures that I've taken quite a bit of time on and am proud to display and give to others.
The work I'm most proud in producing would have to be the sets of cups I made for my last project in beginning ceramics. That project was the most tedious as there are many steps in creating the vessel itself and choosing the look. I also found the statue inspired by ancient pottery to be another favorite as I had to remake the project due to it blowing up. The remaking of it was quite fast the second time and I found that I liked the look of it better than the first.
